This project focused on optimizing master data, reinventing sales-receivables, procurement-payables, and planning-production processes, while enhancing cost accuracy and refinement. These efforts have accelerated the integration of business and financial operations. Through a comprehensive streamlining of processes, a standardized operational framework applicable to all departments was established at SVEC, successfully bridging business and financial data to achieve precise financial reporting. Additionally, it ensured rapid and accurate product cost calculation, promoted transparent sharing of operational data, and provided reliable foundations for performance evaluation. These initiatives have collectively optimized SVEC's business processes, elevated management standards, and significantly improved interdepartmental information-sharing efficiency and decision-making speed.

SVEC General Manager Wang Jiang reviewed the project's initiation process, highlighting that since its launch in April 2024, the team had overcome numerous challenges through diligent efforts to achieve successful system implementation. Mr. Wang stated: "Today, we gather here to celebrate the successful conclusion of the E10 ERP+BPM digitalization project, which undoubtedly marks a significant milestone in our company's development history. Digital transformation is not merely a technological upgrade but a comprehensive revolution in management philosophy and business processes."
