The fully automated line adopts a closed-loop feedback control system to achieve unmanned and precise operations throughout the entire process from substrate processing, precision forming, nano polishing to high reflectivity/special function coating. The intelligent online detection system monitors the surface contour and surface quality in real time, ensuring that every reflective surface product meets strict optical/electrical performance indicators.
